Abstract. Pawn is an agreement to deliver goods as collateral for debt. Pawn guarantees in the form of goods that are in accordance with the pillars and conditions in the rahn contract. However, in reality the practice of pawning carried out in Buanamekar Village, the guarantee used is in the form of arisan, not goods. This study aims to determine the practice of pawning with a marhun in the form of arisan and a review of the rahn contract on the practice of pawning with a marhun in the form of arisan in the village of Buanamekar. The research method used in this study is qualitative with an empirical juridical approach. The research data were obtained through observation, quota sampling, literature study interviews and documentation.
