This Data Privacy Addendum ("DPA") relates to the processing by FivePals, Inc. d/b/a ALICE ("ALICE") of Personal Data (as defined below) provided by the company or entity that is party ("Customer") to the Order Form by and between Customer and ALICE (collectively, the "Agreement") governing Customer’s use of the ALICE Platform. This DPA is incorporated into and forms part of, and is subject to the terms and conditions of, the Agreement. As used in this DPA, any capitalized terms not otherwise defined herein shall have the meanings as set forth in the Agreement.
