The University at Buffalo is grateful for the philanthropic investments entrusted to us by our donors and is committed to ensuring that such gifts are used as our donors envision. This gift agreement is intended to provide clarity and guidance relative to the purpose and usage of these philanthropic investments. The following sets forth an agreement by and between the Upstate New York Chapter of the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors (SIOR) and the University at Buffalo Foundation, Inc. (UBF). UBF is a not-for-profit corporation in the State of New York organized to support the fund raising activities of the University at Buffalo (UB) and is an organization described in Internal Revenue Code 501(c)(3). Gifts to UBF should be made payable to the University at Buffalo Foundation, Inc.
