This Data Processing Addendum (“DPA”) forms part of the Terms of Service (or other such titled written or electronic agreement addressing the same subject matter) between Olono and Customer for the purchase of online Sales Activity Automation services (including related Olono offline or mobile components) from Olono (identified collectively either as the “Service” or otherwise in the applicable agreement, and hereinafter defined as the “Service”), wherein such agreement is hereinafter defined as the “Agreement,” and whereby this DPA reflects the parties’ agreement with regard to the Processing of Personal Data.
