This Agreement for Use of Designated Marks in connection with Multimedia Athletics Marketing Rights Program (this "Multimedia Program Agreement") is effective as of ("Effective Date"), and is entered into by and among the BOARD OF REGENTS OF THE UNIVERSITY OF TEXAS SYSTEM, a Texas agency and institution of higher education (“Board”), THE UNIVERSITY OF TEXAS RIO GRANDE VALLEY, a Texas state agency and institution of higher education (“UTRGV”), and _ , a _ ("Licensee").
