This Agreement is made and entered into this 7th day of February, 2023, by and between the City of Yorba Linda, a municipal corporation of the State of California, located at 4845 Casa Loma Avenue, Yorba Linda, California 92886, County of Orange, State of California, (hereinafter referred to as "City") and Variable Speed Solutions, a Corporation, with its principal place of business at 16182 Gothard Street, Unit I, Huntington Beach, CA 92647 (hereinafter referred to as "Contractor"). City and Contractor are sometimes individually referred to as "Party" and collectively as "Parties" in this Agreement.
