This file note is to record a copy of our standard Master Services Agreement (MSA) Terms and Conditions. Whilst we intend to abide by the terms set out in the Framework Agreement we want to reserve the right to negotiate specific terms on a case by case basis; the attached MSA provides a basis for such a negotiation as and when required.
