GENERAL COOPERATION AGREEMENTGeneral Cooperation Agreement • February 10th, 2011
This agreement shall remain in effect for a period of __ (_____) years from the date of signing. In care one of parts manifests its invention to terminate the relationship, it will make it of the knowledge of the other part by written communication, explaining the technical/administrative reasons that make it impossible to continue and jointly will accord the proper regarding the termination of the present agreement, such termination that in no case will be made in a period shorter than 90 (ninety) days counted from the date of such communicate and that it will be made without penalty for the parts. In case of termination of this agreement, nor “UAM” nor “______” will be responsible to the other Institution for the losses monetary or of other nature that could arise.
