This Member Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into on July 1, 2017 (“Effective Date”) between Idaho Digital Learning, a governmental entity organized and existing under the laws of the State of Idaho, with a principal place of business at 300 W. Fort Street, Boise, ID 83702 (Main Campus) (“Idaho Digital Learning”) and Idaho Emmett School District #221, acting by and through its Board of Trustees (“Member”).
