This Settlement Agreement and Release (the “Agreement”) is between Center for Environmental Health (“CEH”), a California corporation having a principal place of business at 2201 Broadway, Suite 302, Oakland CA 94612 and HKD Global, Inc. (“HKD”), a Missouri corporation having a principal place of business at 317 Elm Street, Washington, MO 63090 (together, the “Parties”).
