Subcontractor will be given various jobs throughout the year including but not limited to; installing projects of Eye 4 Group on job sites and vehicle wrap installations at the Eye 4 Group LLC facility. Sub-Contractor will be paid a max hourly rate of $ per hour plus expenses regardless of the type of work given on any given project. This rate shall be effective indefinitely unless expressly amended and signed by both parties. Certain projects from time to time shall be quoted as a flat fee basis and not subject to any hourly rate or additional costs or expenses incurred by Subcontractor. A Flat fee quote will be provided to subcontractor before work begins.
