This Agreement (“Agreement”) shall be deemed effective upon approval by the Commission (the “Effective Date”), between MCImetro Access Transmission Services, LLC (“MCIm”), a limited liability company, organized under the laws of the State of Delaware, with offices at 22001 Loudoun County Parkway, Ashburn, Virginia 20147, and North Pittsburgh Telephone Company (“NPTC”), a corporation organized under the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania with offices at 4008 Gibsonia Road, Gibsonia, Pennsylvania 15044 (NPTC and MCIm may be referred to hereinafter, each, individually as a “Party,” and, collectively, as the “Parties”).
