is in response to the request of (the “Customer”) to have Global Fairways, LLC (“Global Fairways”) advance expenses which include, but are not limited to: per diem/demurrage; air freight payment; CPS loadout charges; U.S. Customs fees/duties; customs exam charges; special messenger fees; ocean freight payment; container stripping; and cargo insurance, in connection with Global Fairways’ services to Customer (the “Requested Advances”).
