This Agreement shall continue in effect as specified herein unless: a) Either Party terminates, without cause, at any time upon at least thirty (30) days prior written notice to the other Party provided no Services are being purchased pursuant to this Agreement; or b) Either Party terminates pursuant to the terms hereof upon the other’s breach.
