Association (POPA), and the United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO or Agency) agree to this MOU covering the terms and implementation of a telework program for the Office of Governmental Affairs (OGA). The parties have worked collaboratively to develop the terms of the program, which are attached to this MOU as Appendix A (the Program) along with a list of position eligibility as Appendix B of the Program. This MOU covers bargaining unit members from POPA working in the OGA. This agreement supersedes any other telework agreements covering OGA bargaining unit employees. In addition, the parties agree as follows:
