Grant Wayleave for the installation of an additional electricity supply to a replacement house at 7 Longdown Road on Land part of the Chantries The Council has received a request to grant a Wayleave for the installation of cabling for an additional electricity supply to a replacement house at 7 Longdown Road on Land part of the Chantries in line with the following terms and conditions:The fee will be £5.75.The annual wayleave is subject to termination by either party on giving a minimum 9 months notice to terminate.The wayleave agreement will contain a ‘lift and shift’ clause.The fee will be payable annually in arrears on the anniversary of the date of the agreement at a rate of £1.15 in accordance with the Operator’s standard wayleave payment rates, which is subject to change.The current owners of 7 Longdown Road, who will be benefitting from the wayleave, have agreed to make a one-off payment of £1,000 for the wayleave plus our legal fees of £520+VAT and our surveyor’s fees of £250+V
