Resident Assistants (RAs) are crucial to the success of these goals. RAs are the University’s representatives to resident students and consequently, have broad responsibilities extending to all areas of the students’ physical, social, academic, and emotional well-being. As such, the Office of Residence Life expects that students accepting these positions will be exemplary role- models both in their conduct on and off campus and will follow all university and housing policies.
