THIS AGREEMENT is made between the City of Sumner, a Washington municipal corporation (hereinafter the "City"), and Sumner Main Street Association, a Washington Nonprofit Corporation organized under the laws of the State of Washington, located and doing business at 923 Kincaid Avenue, Sumner WA 98390, (hereinafter ”SMSA")(individually a “Party” and collectively referred to herein as the “Parties”).
