This AGREEMENT FOR EXTRATERRATORIAL DISPATCH SERVICES (“Agreement”) is made by and between Jefferson County Communications Center Authority (“Jeffcom”) and Clear Creek County, Colorado, through its Board of County Commissioners (“Clear Creek User”). Jeffcom and Clear Creek User are sometimes collectively referred to herein as the “Parties” or singularly as a “Party.”
