This Central Berkshire Regional Agreement is entered into pursuant to Chapter 71 of the General Laws of Massachusetts (M.G.L.), as amended, between the Towns of Becket, Cummington, Dalton, Hinsdale, Peru, Washington, Windsor, (hereinafter sometimes referred to as the member towns). This Agreement supersedes in its entirety the Agreement between the member towns forming the Central Berkshire Regional School District originally dated January 2, 1958, as amended.
