The Storage Customer and SDS hereby enter into the following Storage Contract on the basis of the respective valid version of the GT&C (Annex A) including the Storage Specifications (Annex B), the Operational Manual (Annex C) and the Contact Details (Annex D) in its respective valid version. By entering in to the Storage Contract SDS grants the Storage Costumer the right to use certain Storage Services to the extent agreed herein.
