On January 31, 2023, pursuant to section 205 of the Federal Power Act (FPA)1 and Part 35 of the Commission’s regulations,2 ISO New England Inc. (ISO-NE) and the Narragansett Electric Company (NECO) d/b/a Rhode Island Energy (RIE) (together, the Filing Parties) filed a Local Service Agreement among RIE as the Transmission Owner and Transmission Customer, and ISO-NE, designated as Original Service Agreement No. TSA-NECO-86 (the LSA). We accept the LSA to be effective January 1, 2023, as requested, subject to condition, as discussed below.
