and entered into as of this day of January, 2023 (the “Effective Date”) by and between Walt Disney Travel Co., Inc., a Florida corporation (“WDTC”), and the City of Anaheim, a California municipal corporation (the “City”). WDTC and the City may hereinafter be referred to individually as “Party” or collectively as the “Parties.”
