This Residential Services Contract, (“Agreement”), is marketed, administered and issued by the Armor Home Warranty (“AHW”). Throughout this Agreement, the words you and your refer to the Contract Holder shown on the Coverage Summary Page. The words AHW and our refer to the Armor Home Warranty Corp. This is a Residential Services Contract, not an insurance policy. During the coverage period, AHW will arrange for an AHW Authorized Service Contractor (“Service Contractor”) to repair or replace the systems and appliances stated as covered on your Contract Coverage Summary Page in accordance with the terms and conditions of this contract.
