This separate agreement between the manufacturer, Robinson Helicopter Company ("RHC"), and the Buyer is hereby incorporated into and made a part of the helicopter purchase agreement, or a separate agreement between RHC and Buyer if the helicopter is acquired through Resale. This Addendum applies to Robinson R44 helicopter serial number , registration number (“the Subject Helicopter”).
