THIS STARCOM21 USER AGREEMENT including all Attachments hereto (the “User Agreement”) is made as of 04/01/2020 (the “Effective Date”) by and between Motorola Solutions, Inc., a Delaware corporation (“Motorola”), and GRIGGSVILLE FIRE DEPARTMENT (“User”). No modification, amendment or waiver of any provision of this User Agreement shall be effective unless approved in writing by each of the Parties hereto.
