, 20 ("Effective Date") by and between the undersigned (hereinafter referred to individually as "Data Trust Member" and collectively as “Data Trust Members”), and the Chief Data Officer for the Commonwealth of Virginia ("Trustee"), on behalf of the Virginia Commonwealth Data Trust ("Data Trust").
