ON Semiconductor Inc. and Tak Cheong Electronics (Holdings) Co., Ltd. have signed a purchasing agreement for transfer of ON Semiconductor's DO35 (0.5 watt) and DO41 (1.0 watt) axial leaded Glass Zener Diode product families to Tak Cheong, effective Feb 8, '02. This agreement only affects these specific product families, all other Zener products will remain under ON Semiconductor Inc.
