Nobis Engineering, Inc. (Nobis) is pleased to present this Master Services Agreement (MSA) for environmental services to be conducted at the above referenced site. In accordance with the New Hampshire Petroleum Reimbursement Fund rules and regulations, Nobis will proceed with environmental services as requested and approved for reimbursement by the New Hampshire Department of Environmental Services (NHDES). Once this MSA has been approved, Nobis will forward NHDES-approved Work Scope Authorizations (WSAs) and budgets to you for approval as amendments to this MSA when applicable.
