The undersigned, (the “Purchaser”), acting on its own behalf and not as fiduciary or agent for the hereinafter defined District, offers to enter into this Purchase Agreement (this “Purchase Agreement”) with the Mt. Diablo Unified School District (the “District”), for the purchase by the Purchaser and sale by the District of the Mt. Diablo Unified School District (Contra Costa County, California) General Obligation Bonds, 2018 Election, Series A” (the “Bonds”). This offer is made subject to acceptance by the District prior to 11:59 P.M., California time, on the date hereof, and upon such acceptance this Purchase Agreement shall be in full force and effect in accordance with its terms and shall be binding upon both the District and the Purchaser.
