This Key Business Online Services Agreement ("Agreement") is between KeyBank National Association ("Bank) in its capacity as the operator of Bank’s Website and Bank’s Customers that access and use the KBO Services (“Company”). When Company enrolls in this KBO Service on the Website, and clicks on the “Accept” button on the Website to approve this Agreement, such action constitutes Company’s electronic signature to and approval of, and intent to be bound by, this Agreement and all service schedules (if any) attached hereto as selected by Company. Bank may, at its sole discretion, require at any time a manual signature by Company on this Agreement or any such service schedule.
