THIS ENVIRONMENTAL COVENANT is entered into by and between: LOS ANGELES DEPARTMENT OF WATER AND POWER, a department of the City of Los Angeles, a municipal corporation of the State of California (“LADWP”); NEVADA POWER COMPANY, a Nevada corporation (“NPC”); SOUTHERN CALIFORNIA EDISON
