This Corrections Standards Authority Local Youthful Offender Rehabilitative Facility Construction Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into as of , 20 (“Effective Date”), by and between the Corrections Standards Authority (“CSA”), an entity of the state government of the State of California (“State”), and , a Political Subdivision of the State of California (“Participating County”). CSA and Participating County shall be referred to collectively herein as “Parties,” and individually as a “Party.”
