This Memorandum of Understanding (“MOU”) is made effective on the last date signed below (“Effective Date”) by and between SUTTER VALLEY HOSPITALS, a California nonprofit public benefit corporation doing business as SUTTER DAVIS HOSPITAL, (“Hospital”) and County of Yolo (“County”). Hospital, and County are each referred to herein at times as a “Party” or, collectively, as the “Parties.”
