This Real Estate Services Agreement, including the Schedules attached hereto, (collectively the “Agreement”) is made as of May 21, 2020 (the “Agreement Date”), by and between B. Riley Real Estate, LLC (“BRRE”) with its principal place of business at 875 N. Michigan Avenue, Suite 3900, Chicago, IL 60611 and MUJI U.S.A. LIMITED (the “Company”), with its principal place of business at 250 West 39th Street, Suite 202, New York, NY 10018. BRRE and the Company are referred to herein each as a “Party” and collectively as the “Parties”.
