OHCRA member clubs can use OHCRA equipment for the use or facilitation of any OHCRA snactioned event. The Person / Club signing out any equipment becomes solely responsible for all equipment while it is in your possession. If while in your possession, the equipment should break, get lost or become unuseable as a result of negligence or improper care, the equipment will be replaced or repaired to its original condition at the expense of the individual or club borrowing the equipment.
