To define rights and obligations of both Parties, they hereby conclude this Rental Contract for their joint observance on the basis of equality, voluntariness, reciprocity, mutual benefit and good faith and in accordance with the Contract Law of the People’s Republic of China, Regulations on Housing Lease of Shenzhen Special Economic Zone and other relevant laws and rules.
