This International Accelerated Degree Program (IADP) Agreement (“Program Agreement”) is made between Name of Partner University (“XXX”), (Country), and the Arizona Board of Regents (“ABOR”) for and on behalf of Arizona State University (“ASU”), USA and is subject to the terms of the General Collaboration Agreement between the parties (the “General Agreement”) which are incorporated herein by reference and shall prevail in the event of a conflict with the terms of this Program Agreement.
