Pursuant to the provisions of the Meyers-Milias-Brown Act and the Employer-Employee Relations Procedure of the City of El Cajon, this Memorandum of Understanding, hereinafter referred to as an "MOU", is entered into by the staff of the City of El Cajon, hereinafter referred to as the "CITY", and the El Cajon Police Officers' Association, hereinafter referred to as the "ECPOA", which is to be in effect through June 30,2005.
