I, (student’s name), will take full responsibility of the Chromebook provided to me. If I lose the Chromebook or if the Chromebook is damaged beyond repair, I will be responsible for any repair or replacement fees up to $100 for repair and up to $300 for replacement. I will follow the rules of the Springport Public Schools User Agreement and will return the Chromebook the last day of school.
