This Interconnection and Resale Agreement (the “Agreement”), is entered into and effective as of the date of the final signature by and between Intermedia Communications, Inc. (“CLEC”), a Delaware corporation, and Sprint Missouri, Inc. (“Sprint”), a Missouri corporation, to establish the rates, terms and conditions for local interconnection and local resale (individually referred to as the “service” or collectively as the “services”).
