This Master Subscription Agreement (this “Agreement”) is entered into pursuant to and hereby incorporates the Terms & Conditions and current Restaurant365 Scope of Work (if applicable), and sets forth the software components and services of Restaurant365 that Customer may use during the Agreement Period.
