Contract purpose is to enter into an agreement between CaliforniaVolunteers and Lutheran Social Services of Northern CA acting as the intermediary organization for a collaborative between NorCal VOAD and SoCal VOAD to continue to enhance the partnership between governmental emergency management and the private, nonprofit sector active in disaster to promote effective collaboration before, during, and after a disaster.
