This Agreement applies to any order, purchase, receipt, delivery or use of any products and services (collectively, “purchase”) from Computer Health Inc. or any of its subsidiaries or affiliates (“Computer Health”) or a Computer Health authorized reseller (“Reseller”), unless you enter into a separate written agreement with Computer Health.
