Century Tokyo Leasing Corporation (“CTL”) today signed an agreement for equity participation in a private equity fund, the CMH Growth Fund, L.P. (“CMH Fund”), which is jointly managed by China Merchants Capital Investment Co., Ltd. (“CMC”), a fund management subsidiary of China Merchants Group Limited (“CMG”), a state-owned enterprise with a broad and diverse business network in China, along with Mizuho Securities Co., Ltd. (“Mizuho Securities”). The CMH Fund is funded by CMC, Mizuho Securities, the Japan Bank for International Cooperation, and other major institutional investors together with CTL.
