In 2015 the Village entered into a Lease Agreement with Tri-River Police Training Region, Inc. (“Tri-River”) for that portion of the Village’s Law Enforcement Center previously occupied by WESCOM. Tri-River seeks to re-new the Lease Agreement for the premises, for the purpose of continued operation and development of Tri-River’s in- service training programs for law enforcement.
