This Terms of Service (“Agreement”) is a legally binding contract between you and UsageAI, Inc. (“UsageAI,” “us,” “we,” or “our”) regarding your use of the Service (as defined below). References to “Customer”, “you”, and “your” refer to the individual, company, or other entity that accepts the Agreement by executing an ordering document provided to you by us, placing an Order using online functionality UsageAI makes available like clicking a box, creating an Account (as defined below), or otherwise affirmatively accepting this Agreement through other means UsageAI offers you. If the Service is being used on behalf of a company or other entity by an individual authorized to accept this Agreement on its behalf, then all references to “Customer,” “you,” or “your” refer to such company or other entity.
