WHEREAS, User is a governmental or a non-profit entity, or another acceptable person in the state of Maryland and is approved as a tax exempt or non-commercial organization to benefit its members or other certain members of the public in certain sports or exercise activities that require the use of a pool (hereafter “pool”) owned by College.
