This Contract Zone Agreement (the “Agreement”) is made this day of , 2021 by and between the Town of Bucksport, a municipal corporation (the “Town”), and Ameresco dba Penobscot Narrows Solar, LLC (the “Applicant”), Pursuant to the Conditional and Contract Rezoning provisions set forth in MRS 30-A, §4352 (8) and Bucksport Town Code, Appendix K Land Use Ordinance, Section 9.2 (the Zoning Ordinance”).
