This Agreement (“Agreement”) shall be deemed effective as of January 24, 2017 (the “Effective Date”), between Tenny Journal Communications (“Tenny Journal”), a corporation organized under the laws of the State of New Jersey, with offices at 650 E. Palisade Ave, Suite101, Englewood Cliffs, NJ 07632 and Verizon Pennsylvania LLC (“Verizon”), a limited liability company organized under the laws of the State of Delaware with offices at 1717 Arch Street, Philadelphia, PA 19103 (Verizon and Tenny Journal may be referred to hereinafter, each, individually as a “Party”, and, collectively, as the “Parties”).
